Support worker pay rates
Fair pay for skilled, vetted workers. Rates below are the current NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27 price limits for standard support, effective 1 July 2026.

National / standard area limits for standard-intensity support. Rates are higher for high-intensity support (from $79.60 per hour on a weekday) and in remote and very remote areas. Sleepover shifts are a flat $311.79 per night. These are the maximums set by the NDIS — providers may charge less, and we confirm your exact rate with you before any match is finalised.

No platform fees on pay
What you earn is yours — our fees are on the participant side, not deducted from your rate.
